Diet is an important part of our health. In the modern world, many people are getting sick not because they do not have enough to eat but because they overeat. Less is truly more!
Try to eat at a regular time, avoiding any snacks. Eat meat rarely. No more that 2-3 times per week and only during lunch time. Do not eat meat during your dinner, which should be light and consumed before 7pm or even 6pm.
Do not buy anything processed (even though it is usually nicely packaged and very appealing). Buy only raw products and cook yourself.
Do not use any refined oils. Use good quality olive oil (but never for cooking), ghee, butter, lard (yes, it's much healthier that any refined oils!), coconut butter, etc.
Try to experiment with different salads. Recently, my favorite salad is a combination of:
sweet red pepper
radishes (or fennel or shredded carrot)
fresh herbs from my tiny garden (chives, parsley, oregano, etc.)
